In rare cases a part may be soaked with oil or covered in heavy contamination that needs extra work at an added charge, and we always explain this up front. WHEN A PART CANNOT BE SAVED

Our real world experience shows that more than ninety percent of all parts can be fully and safely cleaned. Some parts cannot be saved because they are cracked, melted, broken inside, or too damaged. If your part cannot be cleaned or if it fails during cleaning, you pay nothing for the cleaning. You may choose to buy a replacement part from us, but that choice is yours.

WHAT NOBODY CAN CONTROL

A DPF is a soot catcher. It does not create soot. It only catches soot from the engine. A clean part or even a brand new part can plug fast or be damaged if the engine has a problem such as a misfire, a leaking injector, a bad turbo, a cracked flex pipe, DEF dosing trouble, a bad sensor, failing injectors, or overfueling. This is a reaction to the engine problem, not a failure of the part.

Problems can also come from improper installation, loose clamps, bent gaskets, or damage from accidents or road impacts. These issues are outside the cleaning process and can harm the part or make it fail early.

Because nobody can predict what the engine may do or what may happen after installation, no shop can warranty engine behavior, installation mistakes, or physical damage. Instead, we focus on the work we control and give you clear protection for the rest.

THE ONE YEAR ASSURANCE PLAN

If we clean your DPF, DOC, SCR, or EGR and that part becomes unusable within one year for any reason, we apply one hundred percent of the cleaning price for that part toward the purchase of a brand new replacement part purchased from us.
